Job Description

Some of Role description: - Engagement - File for new staff - Define new personnel in systems and software - Arranging and concluding contracts with new and old personnel - Registration of personnel in social and supplementary insurance and assets - Loan affairs - Controlling and calculate attendance of personnel - Carrying out and following up on matters related to settlement at the end of the contract - Establish and implement a performance appraisal system in organizational units - Improve employee performance appraisal in different periods - Provide periodic performance appraisal report to HR manager and factory manager

Requirements

- Expert in computer and software EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT, VISIO - Expert in performance appraisal systems - Familiarity with the process of systems and methods - Familiarity with job analysis - Mastery of labor law rules and regulations - Familiarity with complementary insurance processes - Effective communications - Body Language - Principles and techniques of negotiation - Familiarity with English language - Full knowledge of the payroll calculation process - Familiarity with attendance software
