- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits programs at the location to ensure these programs are in line with corporate programs.
- Submits budget recommendations for personnel operations.
- Assists with the preparation of separation notices for employees separating with cause and may conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with HR Director.
- Maintains Employee Relations metrics and reviews on a quarterly basis to assess where action can be taken to simplify or enhance a process
- Manages the Employee Relations Process and builds out the Employee Relations function.
- Leads the strategy for amplifying the employment brand including Marina career website strategy, social media, and recruitment marketing.
Requirements
+ 5 years of human resource experience preferably in a FMCG industry
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Human Resources Management
Having supervisory skill
English knowledge
Proficiency in Excel
