Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Lead, someone with a proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end development programs, from needs assessment to fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individual and organizational performance to identify skill and competency gaps
- Prioritize learning needs based on performance indicators, KPIs, and strategic objectives; develop training needs matrices at the individual, team, and departmental levels
- Design learning programs (technical and behavioral) aligned with organizational goals
- Develop learning paths and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) tailored to various roles and growth trajectories
- Build and implement the annual learning calendar, delivering training through in-person, online, and blended learning formats using modern learning methodologies
- Design mechanisms for evaluating learning effectiveness and analyzing the impact of training on productivity, error reduction, and performance improvement
- Produce analytical reports and dashboards on learning outcomes and training ROI
- Integrate learning and performance data with the performance management system
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through engaging campaigns and motivational initiatives
- Design and execute strategic development projects
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives such as organizational culture transformation, competency maturity assessments, and aligning learning systems with the company's long-term vision
- Diagnose development bottlenecks and identify areas for intervention
- Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid understanding of competency models and practical experience in implementing them.
- At least 7 years of experience in L&D or performance development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Proficiency in designing and managing both digital and in-person training programs.
- Strong command of competency modeling, organizational change, and performance data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with personality assessment tools and LMS/HRIS systems.
- Analytical, creative, and transformation-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
