Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify training needs and design learning programs tailored to organizational requirements.
• Implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor employee progress.
• Plan and manage the annual training calendar.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external training programs.
• Monitor training processes to identify challenges and implement improvements.
• Plan and execute the onboarding process for new employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in learning, training, or development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, high follow-through, and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
