● Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification and competency models.
● Development and implementation of performance management system.
● Reviewing recruitment and selection system and hiring processes.
● Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate.
● Designing and implementing compensation and promotion systems.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial engineering or relevant fields.
● 1 to 2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
● Fluent in English.
● Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Capability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships.
● Ability to manage priorities.
● Develop relationships and work proactively and autonomously.
● Familiar with organize IDP (individual development plan).
● Familiar with workforce planning processes.
● Familiar with newcomer orientation and socialization plans (on-boarding).
