● Implement and operate a proper employees performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

● Manage the recruitment and selection process.
● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Requirements
● Proven working experience in general HR functions minimum 8 years, particularly as HR Manager minimum 4 years.
● In-depth knowledge of modern HR best practices.
● Having active listening, communication, and leadership skills.
● People-oriented and results-driven.
● Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
● Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor law.
● Ability to architect effective HR strategies and practices based on company strategies.
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
● Academic degree in Human Resources or related fields.
● Good English proficiency.
