Here Are the Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in employer branding projects.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
- Design comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization.
- Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to make improvements to training content and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and program outcomes.
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness.
- Assist in developing succession plans for key positions within the organization.
- Responsible for employee experience projects.
