Job Description

● Create a hierarchical organizational structure and organization policy. ● Create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws. ● Prioritize the human resources unit's goals, plans, and activities in relation to the company's strategic goals. ● Supervise and collaborate in matters pertaining to employee recruitment, development, and experience. ● Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures. ● Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs. ● Research compensation standards are set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits. ● Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers. ● Oversee exit interviews and procedures. ● Work closely with the company's management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. ● Participate in the development of upstream human resource documentation and work to effectively implement it. ● Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team. ● Establish effective communication and interaction with every unit and enterprise, and strive to keep conflicts to a minimum. ● Supervise and cooperate in the compilation and updating of human resources regulations and instructions. ● Communicate with organizations and extra-organizational units to optimize, share knowledge, and use their facilities to advance human resource goals. ● Suggest organizational development solutions and new HR strategies.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of experience in related fields. ● Proficient in areas regarding recruitment, compensation, people development, and employer branding. ● Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization. ● Familiar with ATS. ● Proficient in principles and models of strategic HR management and related processes. ● Proficient in MS Office. ● Negotiation and bargaining skills. ● Follow-up skills. ● Conflict management skills. ● Planning and organizing skills. ● English language proficiency of C1. ● High communicational skills. ● Experience in educating and coaching staff.
