Job Description

● Identify, implement and control all human resource systems and processes. ● Design KPIs and perform job evaluations. ● Evaluate, implement and follow up on training and development programs. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to create competitive programs. ● Identify and design succession and development plans for employees. ● Job analysis and evaluation for new job positions. ● Recruitment planning. ● Communicate and interact with employees in order to solve their problems and needs within the framework of existing laws and procedures in the organization. ● Review the performance of seasonal and annual employees. ● Identify the company's employment needs and manage the hiring process.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Executive Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● At least three years of experience in human resource management. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them if necessary. ● Ability to act honestly, professionally, and confidentially. ● Full knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
