Job Description

We’re looking for a qualified, motivated, and high-performing HR generalist to help us in planning and implementing various human resources programs. By working as an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Our HR Department supports a group of Sales, finance and Manufacturing employees and covers over 300 salaried employees. Our HR generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, this role will be reporting directly to CEO. An appropriate level of knowledge in human resources and 34000 standard processes will be helpful. Moreover, it is an advantage to have some experience in staff training and development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, progressive, hands-on, learning obsessed, and innovative Surprise is waiting for you. Day in the life: * Fully execute key HR initiatives that support our vision * Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies * responsible for diagnosing organizational HR issues, developing solutions, and implementing action plan * Ensure activities are in compliance with all employment laws and regulations * Implement training and development plans * Monitor HR metrics and suggest an action plan for improving them * Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications * Develop compensation and benefits plans * Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. * Participate in suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR services as a whole, and to improve the employee experience * utilize your excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change

Requirements

· Possess problem solving and analytical capability; experience in analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans · Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels · Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable. · Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors · Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills · Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team . At least 3 years Prior Human Resources experience . master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, MBA or a related field. . Good communication and team management skills . Interview skills . Mastering administrative and human resource tactics and techniques . Familiar with office software ( excel ,word, PowerPoint )
