• Recruitment including conducting interviews
• Employee compensation
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
Requirements
Familiar with interview techniques
Familiar with labor regulations
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment,...)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
