Job Description

Implement the HR strategic planning.
Define and implement short and long-term manpower plans.
Recruit and manage the selection process.
Perform the onboarding process for the new staff.
Design and implement competency models and assessment centers.
Monitor the employee performance management system.
Prepare and implement the training and development plans.
Provide the welfare and motivation plan.
Design and implement employee experience frameworks and exit management.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
More than 3 years of experience in the same position.
Age range: up to 35 years old.
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Familiar with the excellence models of human resources management.
Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC and etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
