Job Description

 

  • Implement the HR strategic planning.
  • Define and implement short and long-term manpower plans.
  • Recruit and manage the selection process.
  • Perform the onboarding process for the new staff.
  • Design and implement competency models and assessment centers.
  • Monitor the employee performance management system.
  • Prepare and implement the training and development plans.
  • Provide the welfare and motivation plan.
  • Design and implement employee experience frameworks and exit management.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
  • More than 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Age range: up to 35 years old.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Familiar with the excellence models of human resources management.
  • Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC and etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
