● Maintain organizational chart and job descriptions.
● Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
● Plan motivational programs and increase the level of motivation and people engagement.
● Stay up to date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
● Run the interview sessions and handle the recruitment process and induction plan.
● Inform employees about the updates and changes.
● Run performance management sessions and assure the process goes well.
Requirements
● Well-known proven experience as an HR expert at least for 3 years.
● Good command of English.
● Proficiency in MS Office.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good problem-solving abilities.
● Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
● Team worker, analyzer, and creative.
● Good knowledge of HR policies and processes.
