The objective of the role:
Training and development, recruitment and onboarding, and reinforcing the values of the company are all essential elements covered by this position.
List of responsibilities:
● Administer health and life insurance programs.
● Follow up training and development plans.
● Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
● Implement HR policies throughout the organization.
● Perform administrative work of the department, including correspondence and archiving.
● Be part of the hiring program, coordinate, and do the 1st phase interview.
● Reporting to: HR Supervisor.
● Length of probation period: 3 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm.
● Travel requirements: Once in each trimester inside Tehran.
● Gross monthly base salary: Net 6 to 7 million Tomans per month.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR department.
● Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Fluent in MS Office.
