● Implement and coordinate the process of reviewing the performance of individuals and units of the organization
● Collect, consolidate and report performance evaluation review results.
● Provide professional operational support on a wide range of HR processes.
● Do recruitment process (sourcing, interview, hiring) constantly improve it and ensure process executed to perfection.
● Create and revise job descriptions.
● Develop, implement, and HR plans and procedures.

● Knowledge of performance management systems.
● Responsible and orderly.
● Fluent in Iran Labor Law and social security.
● Familiarity with English.
● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) skills.
● Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
● Problem-solving ability.
● Ability to travel to company projects.
● At least 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Management (related fields).
