Job Description
-Develop and maintain comprehensive and up to date HR policies and procedures to support the consistent management of staff across the organization
-Undertake the annual salary /cost of living review and make recommendations accordingly
-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
-Ability to regulate all types of contracts, tax affairs, Ministry of Labor laws, social security
-Mastering the processes of surrogacy, workflow, and talent management.
-Develop and Optimize organizational strategies, processes, policies and procedures
-Coordinate organization structure and job design initiatives
-Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, job analysis/design, implementing and managing culture change and transformation initiatives.
