• Implementing HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply
with them
• Implementing performance review procedures
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for
all employees
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation
• Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
• Assisting in recruitment procedures with arrangements
• Assisting with marketing plans such as participation in exhibitions, seminars
or trainings with customers
• Monitoring internal rules and regulations of organization to be followed
• General administrative support for department
Requirements
• Experience in commercial procedures and foreign trade
• Excellent communications skills; interpersonal, written, and verbal.
• Strong team work ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in related field
• Fluent in English
