Job Description
● Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
● Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees.
● Review and analyze the effectiveness of training courses.
● Carry out the necessary activities regarding evaluating the individual and group educational needs in order to optimize education.
● Gather and assess feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights on performance management and processes.
● Monitor the employee performance management system.
● Provide guidance and assistance to employees and managers related to the performance management process, including feedback, skill development, coaching, and mentoring.
● Participate in employee learning and development projects.
● Facilitate and support changes in business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and Coordinate organization and structure design initiatives.
