• Analyzing, designing and developing human resource processes
• Planning and implementing HR improvement projects
• Executing the attribute and psychometric test
• Preparing specialized HR reports (recruitment trends, demographic statistics, and analysis, job satisfaction analysis...)
• Designing and implementing talent management programs
• Assisting in recruitment processes, screening & interviews, and management of CV databases.
Requirements
Education: BA or Master's Degree in psychology, consulting, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience essential
Language: Good command of written and oral English
Skills:
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proactive and positive.
• Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly recruitment and development
