Job Description

The incumbent works alongside the GSC- Cluster Operations Lead and is responsible for administrative tasks at a senior level in a well-organized manner to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs. Responsibilities: ● Maintain the cluster operations lead’s calendars; planning, arranging, and confirming meetings and appointments. ● Follow IWS daily tasks and prepare the required reports for the cluster operations lead. ● Schedule, and prepare agenda and meeting materials and type minutes for various meetings. ● Support cluster operations lead in preparing the required report bio weekly and monthly basis. ● Support to collect required documents for ASP and LE period. ● Follow up on the tasks assigned by the cluster operations lead, liaising with other functions and attending internal meetings if necessary. ● Review, and determine priorities and route incoming correspondence, reports, and requests.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or other related fields. ● At least two years of professional work experience in assisting senior managers. ● High accuracy and attention to detail. ● High organizational skills and the ability to do things simultaneously. ● High time management skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Proficient in English, written and spoken.
