Job Description

● Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. ● Determine applicant qualifications by online interviewing, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. ● Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule. ● Provide analytical and well-documented reports after the interview of each candidate. ● Report to the project manager. ● Length of the project: 1 month.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields. ● At least 3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). ● Capable of introducing the job and company values to potential candidates. ● Hands-on experience with various selection processes (e.g. CV screening, and interviewing). ● Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Attention to detail. ● Strong decision-making and analyzing skills. ● Fluent in English.
