The Financial Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all financial activities of the organization. The Financial Manager provides accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency
Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
Monitor expenses and analyze company financial performance
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting team
Present accurate financial reports to senior management regularly
Skills and Qualifications:
