Job Description
- Organize and coordinate schedules of medical representatives, plan work schedules, and implement an effective call plan.
- Plan and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback and guidance.
- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, such as KOL doctors, key pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
- Report to the chief marketing officer (CMO) and provide regular updates on sales activities and results.
Requirements
- At least a Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in cardiology field.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
