About the Role
Notrika, a growing manufacturer in the polymer, masterbatch, and additives industry, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead and optimize its plant operations.
This role is responsible for overseeing all factory activities including production, maintenance, quality, warehouse coordination, operational planning, safety, and team performance.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving productivity, process stability, quality consistency, cost efficiency, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all daily factory operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production performance
• Plan, organize, and monitor production activities in line with sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity targets
• Ensure consistent production of masterbatch and additive products according to defined quality and formulation standards
• Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes including mixing, feeding, extrusion, pelletizing, packaging, and material flow
• Improve plant efficiency, machine utilization, labor productivity, and operational discipline
• Monitor and reduce production losses, waste, downtime, and process deviations
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control, R&D, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales to ensure operational alignment
• Oversee implementation of preventive maintenance and coordinate corrective actions to minimize equipment failure and unplanned stoppages
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures across the factory
• Develop and monitor production KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, downtime, OEE, and on-time delivery
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives related to productivity, quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop production and operational teams to strengthen accountability and performance culture
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
(Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in masterbatch, polymer compounds, additives, plastics, or related manufacturing industries
• Strong understanding of industrial production environments, especially continuous and batch-based manufacturing
• Hands-on familiarity with production equipment and processes related to extrusion and compounding
• Solid knowledge of production planning, process control, maintenance coordination, quality systems, and factory operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement and operational excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
