Factory Manager

Job Description

The Factory Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing the production of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) , including various types of stands and store signs and other related products in this field. This role involves coordinating production processes, managing teams, and ensuring the efficiency of production operations and the accurate and complete delivery of projects. The factory manager must approach his work with a thorough knowledge of the stand manufacturing industry and a commitment to high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
Planning the purchase and supply of raw materials
- Organizing and monitoring production processes
- Managing and leading production teams
- Creating and maintaining effective production schedules
- Optimizing production processes to increase productivity
- Solving production problems and issues on an ongoing basis
- Reporting to senior company managers
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a team and develop teamwork
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and the manufacturing industry
