Contract and Purchasing Management: Negotiating and arranging procurement and purchasing contracts with suppliers and monitoring pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
Raw Material Purchase Planning: Forecasting production needs and planning raw material purchases in accordance with market demand and production.
Quality Assessment of Purchased Materials: Monitoring the quality of purchased materials and conducting necessary inspections to ensure required standards.
Warehouse and Inventory Affairs:
Warehouse and Inventory Management: Monitoring warehouse inventory and ensuring proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
Storage Planning: Planning for optimal storage of raw materials and products according to production needs and customer orders.
Warehouse Team Coordination: Collaborating with the warehouse team for accurate entry and exit of goods, labeling, and storage of products in compliance with health and safety requirements.
Inventory Reporting: Prepare regular reports of warehouse inventory and ensure that physical inventory matches system data.
Export Processes and Customs Documentation:
Export Management: Monitor and manage the process of exporting products to international markets, especially the European Union.
Export Documentation and Documentation: Prepare and track all documentation required for export, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, health certificates, and product standards.
Customs Coordination: Communicate with customs and cooperate with customs brokers to ensure fast and smooth clearance of goods from customs.
Export Regulations and Tariff Review: Be aware of new customs regulations and export tariffs for each destination country.
Export Administrative Management:
Sales Team Coordination: Continuously communicate with the sales team
Shipping Status Tracking: Monitor product shipping status and ensure timely export
Management Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of procurement, purchasing, warehousing, export, and inventory processes for senior management.
Solve problems and challenges: Identify and resolve issues related to sourcing, purchasing, warehousing or exporting quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Commerce, Management, or Food Industry.
At least 5 years of work experience in exporting, sourcing and purchasing food products (dried fruits, legumes, saffron and nuts).
Thorough knowledge of export processes and customs documentation.
Ability to work with ERP and MS Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with international markets and export requirements, especially the European Union.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers, customers and customs officials.
Familiarity with warehousing and inventory control processes.
Ability to analyze data and provide accurate reporting.
