Job Description
Handling system-based tasks related to import and export operations (declaration, order registration, CBI allocation, etc.)
• Registering export customs entries in the internal system and maintaining archives
• Preparing files and documentation for domestic and international purchases
• Drafting and issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
• Preparing and following up on purchase contracts
• Following up on customs clearance processes and coordinating with customs brokers
• Preparing and reviewing shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice) and verifying accuracy
• Conducting ongoing business correspondence with domestic and international suppliers
• Preparing periodic reports on order status, inventory, and trade-related costs
• Updating the supplier database and managing Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in domestic or international trade
• Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export laws, and related systems (e.g. NTSW)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP software is a plus
• Intermediate English proficiency, particularly for business correspondence
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment terms (LC, T/T, etc.)
