Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Specialist to lead and manage our international sales and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing export strategies, expanding into new international markets, managing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and hands-on experience in international logistics and trade processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export strategies to expand into new international markets
Identify and establish relationships with foreign distributors, agents, and clients
Manage the entire export process from order confirmation to delivery
Prepare and review export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, LC, etc.)
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
Handle international pricing, negotiations, and contract management
Monitor global market trends and competitor activities
Manage payment methods including LC, TT, and other international settlement processes
Work closely with production, finance, and supply chain departments
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum X years of experience in export, international sales, or global trade
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping
Experience working with international distributors and B2B markets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to travel internationally if required
