- Follow up on the CEO’s instructions and directives. - Prepare meeting minutes for the CEO. - Manage internal affairs of the company and coordinate relations with the Support Manager. - Plan and manage company events. - Organize and arrange the CEO’s emails, letters, desk, and personal archive. - Have full knowledge of the CEO’s personal affairs and daily schedule. - Supervise the work of the Executive Assistant and service staff. - Forward letters, reports, and other correspondence to relevant individuals, departments, and companies. - Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments. - Organize the CEO’s correspondence dashboard and retrieve relevant records. - Draft certain administrative letters. - Prepare daily reports of key events for the CEO. - Oversee proper maintenance of company documents. - Receive and classify confidential documents. - Manage and supervise necessary arrangements for routine office affairs (ticket booking, meeting hospitality, etc.).
