Job Description

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the owner and senior executives to follow up on short-term and long-term strategic plans.
  • Contribute insights and suggestions during strategic discussions
  • Track and report progress on key strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage high-impact projects on behalf of the owner, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop timelines, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Liaise with internal departments and consultants to ensure project success.

Research & Analysis:

  • Research markets, competitors, raw materials, technologies, and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate operational data and KPIs to support performance improvement initiatives.

Executive Support:

  • Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination for the owner.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and board-level documents with clarity and professionalism.
  • Represent the owner in meetings when required, and follow up on delegated actions.

Leadership & Team Coordination:

  • Supervise or support staff and delegate tasks effectively, and follow up to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration within the executive office.
