About us:
Azad Gostar Asia Petro Energy Industries Development Holding is a multidisciplinary holding that is being formed, which is on the way to become a stock market financial institution under the supervision of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
During the coming year, in addition to the IPO, our holding company will enter with a diverse portfolio of financial institutions, including portfolio management, leasing, investment funds, as well as companies active in the fields of road construction and construction, precious metals, and modern fields such as asset tokenization.
We are looking for a young, intelligent and motivated team to create real added value for the holding company and its subsidiaries together with the CEO.

role description
This role is completely different from the CEO's office manager and its focus is on active and effective participation in the CEO's activities.

Key tasks:
• Participating in the CEO's analysis and decision-making and converting his intellectual concerns into plans and practical actions.
• Effective and professional communication with assistants, managers and different teams to gather information and follow up.
• Preparing and compiling all kinds of management and decision-making reports in an accurate and reliable manner.
• Designing and preparing professional management presentations with PowerPoint and Prezi.
• Accompanying the CEO in the meetings, taking detailed notes of the negotiations and compiling transparent and traceable meeting minutes.
• Effective, regular and result-oriented follow-up of tasks assigned by the CEO from units, subsidiaries and other stakeholders.

Expected features:
Education and work experience
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum work experience: 5 years in a similar position or at least 2 years in a similar position
• Holders of master's degrees and graduates of management fields are preferred.

• Experience in designing and implementing professional management presentations
• Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
