In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking tasks among team members, tracking the timely completion of tasks, and reporting directly to the CEO. This role requires a person with high organizational skills, time management ability and mastery of work tools.
Key tasks: - Distributing, tracking and summarizing tasks among team members (technical, design, content, product, etc.) - Preparation of short and detailed reports of the project implementation process to present to the CEO - Coordination of internal meetings and registration of approvals - Regular monitoring of tasks in project management tools (such as Trello or Jira) - Working closely with the CEO to implement decisions and control the teams' daily affairs
Key features: - High personal discipline and strong follow-up - Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time - Familiarity with the startup environment and project management tools - Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, interpersonal) - Analytical and flexible mind to face dynamic situations - Similar work experience (considered an advantage, but not required)
