Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking tasks among team members, tracking the timely completion of tasks, and reporting directly to the CEO. This role requires a person with high organizational skills, time management ability and mastery of work tools.

Key tasks:
- Distributing, tracking and summarizing tasks among team members (technical, design, content, product, etc.)
- Preparation of short and detailed reports of the project implementation process to present to the CEO
- Coordination of internal meetings and registration of approvals
- Regular monitoring of tasks in project management tools (such as Trello or Jira)
- Working closely with the CEO to implement decisions and control the teams' daily affairs

Key features:
- High personal discipline and strong follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time
- Familiarity with the startup environment and project management tools
- Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, interpersonal)
- Analytical and flexible mind to face dynamic situations
- Similar work experience (considered an advantage, but not required)
