Job Description

● Communicate with professors, learners. ● Respond and solve the problems of learners and teachers. ● Support for face-to-face and online classes. ● Manage social networks of the relevant unit. ● Perform registration process, document archiving, and all stages of training courses. ● Register information in the office automation of the institute. ● Direct Manager: Managing Director. ● Probation period: 2 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. ● Travel requirements: Yes, once a year. ● Rewards and benefits: Social security, supplemental insurance, welfare fund membership, and six-month performance rewards.

Requirements

● Gender preference: Female. ● Bachelor's degree. ● Having high public relations and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. ● A person with motivation and interest in teamwork and learning. ● Ability to do teamwork, with discipline and high accuracy in doing tasks. ● A creative person. ● At least 3 years of relevant work experience. ● Familiarity with working with computers. ● Introduction to Microsoft Office.
