Job Description

Support the execution of the Well Testing design, engineering, program, and operation supervision to ensure a safe, efficient and cost effective working environment to be able to achieve the Company's objectives. Act as a contract holder of Well Testing and associated contracts with full cycle of procurement process from contract acquisition, contractor management, job execution until contract close out. a) Design Well Testing programs to meet HSE and well objectives. - Ensure programs are optimized with respect to test objectives, data acquisition and sampling - liaise with reservoir engineers on test objectives, data acquisition and flow/PBU periods. Liaise with drilling engineer regarding casing program and ensure test objectives can be secured - Provide contingency plans to cover any risks and uncertainties - Ensure tubing stress and casing stress analyses performed - Conduct HAZOP/TWOP for the planned Well Testing - Provide cost estimation for each operation. b) Provide supervision during operational execution of Well Testing operation - Review equipment and ensure fully functional and 'fit-for-purpose' for operations. - Ensure QAQC with Well Testing contractors on equipment preparation as per industrial standard - Ensure logistics optimized and equipment contingency for execution phase of operations - Supervise Well Testing operation and ensure all test objectives met. Interface with office and Drilling Supervisor on progress and any required program changes c) Provide input for post well reporting - Compile operations section for post well report - Conduct Well Testing operations post mortem and lessons learned (operations, safety, contractor performance, NPT) and document for future operations - Verify contractors invoices d) Ensuring activities are in line with company and Local Regulator's Policy, Standards, and Guidelines. e) Seek and recommend on applicable Well Testing technology for cost effectiveness
