District Sales Manager

Job Description

• Organise and coordinate medical representatives' schedules, plan work schedules and timetables, and plan, and implement an effective call plan.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly medical representative performance and sales metrics.
• Organise and coordinate the medical representatives' monthly mission.
• Prepare a mission quarter plan according to sales, events, etc.
• Plan and build effective business relationships and regular visits with healthcare partners, doctors, customers, and distributors.
• Distribute samples to licensed practitioners.
• Keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organisations in a specific area and the main competitors' activities.
• Prepare an action plan and review it twice a year.

Requirements:

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Nursing, Veterinary, or Pharmacy.
• Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate scientific and medical product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
