Skills & Competencies:
• Advanced expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM, Social Media, and Programmatic Advertising
• Strong command of Digital Funnel analysis, Attribution models, and key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CPA
• Ability to design group-wide digital strategies and translate them into actionable plans
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and evaluating digital teams
• Strong analytical skills for decision-making, diagnosing campaign issues, and proposing optimization solutions
• Deep understanding of Audience Segmentation, Media Planning, and user behavior in digital environments
• Familiarity with automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital media budget management

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define, implement, and manage the digital strategy across Paid, Owned, and Earned media
• Set digital KPIs for brands and monitor performance at a management level
• Lead Social Strategy and Performance Strategy teams and ensure alignment across digital functions
• Collaborate with Digital Executives to execute multi-channel and integrated campaigns
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reports for senior management
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor digital trends, and propose strategies to grow digital market share
• Develop operational standards, improve team efficiency, and build structured workflows for the digital unit
