1. Complete mastery of YouTube Shamal algorithm:
• Knowing the ranking factors (Watch Time, CTR, Retention, Engagement, etc.)
• Detailed data analysis in YouTube Studio
• Skill in exploiting all YouTube monetization plans
• Understanding the behavior of the audience of the historian podcast and all Farsi-speaking audiences on YouTube
2. Development of video podcast growth strategy to increase visits, interaction and subscribers.
3. Mastery of complementary social networks (Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
4. Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns
5. Analyze audience behavior and performance data with tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics and Meta Insights.
6. Video SEO (Video SEO) and content optimization for searching on YouTube and Google.
7. Market research and target market expansion:
• Identifying the behavioral trends of podcast and video podcast audiences
• Analysis of competitors and similar media
Finding growth opportunities in new markets (domestic and international)
• Provide data-driven reports and recommendations for audience growth and sponsor acquisition
8. Managing the relationship with sponsors and partner brands and designing promotional cooperation packages.
