Requirements
- Knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Knowledge of Customer service experience (principles and processes for providing customer and personal services). This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.

- Experience with PC software applications, Microsoft Office Suite
