Job Description

Providing performance reports of the relevant unit to the vice president of operations.
Providing all the required items according to the rules of transactions.
Preparing domestic and foreign purchase budgets based on sales budgets and providing purchase schedules based on harvest season, Lead Time, and MOQ.
Examining draft contracts and receiving the necessary approval from the requesting unit for specialized purchases with the approval of the legal unit
Identifying and evaluating suppliers based on the purchase plan.
Planning with knowledge of the financial and human resources of the unit and the strategic goals of the organization.
Receiving quality evaluation indicators from the quality control unit.
Coordinating with the financial unit regarding the method of payment (cash, check, letter of credit or credit).
Responsible for providing all items at the lowest price while maintaining quality indicators.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields from a reputable university.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in food and FMCG industries.
Minimum age: 35 years old.
Gender preference: Male.
High proficiency in English.
Fluent in MS Office and other software related to the job.
Negotiation skills to manage assigned tasks.
High ability in communication skills to communicate with suppliers and other authorities.
High management skills to manage the business process.
Critical thinking skills for effective management of actions.
Problem-solving skills to effectively manage internal and external procurement.
