# Commercial Manager
A leading company specializing in the import, sourcing, and distribution of internationally recognized brands is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven **Commercial Manager** to join its team and support the company's continued growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial and sourcing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
* Lead and manage domestic and international procurement activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and conduct professional negotiations to secure the best commercial terms.
* Oversee the entire import process, including purchase orders, international logistics, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
* Plan inventory replenishment based on sales analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
* Analyze and control product costing while optimizing procurement and supply chain costs.
* Manage commercial contracts and evaluate supplier performance to ensure long-term strategic partnerships.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to achieve business goals.
* Prepare management reports, analyze market trends, and propose business development initiatives.
* Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial team to ensure high performance.
## Qualifications
* Minimum **10 years of experience** in commercial, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within an import or trading company.
* At least **5 years of managerial experience** leading commercial or procurement teams.
* Strong knowledge of international procurement, import procedures, international logistics, customs regulations, and customs clearance.
* Solid understanding of international trade regulations, **Incoterms**, Letters of Credit (L/C), international payment methods, and commercial documentation.
* Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, particularly **Excel**.
* Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
* **Fluent English** with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
