Senior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

Job Description

Qualifications
- Male, aged 36–50 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in international procurement, sourcing, and supply of petrochemical raw materials and industrial equipment.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Thorough understanding of international procurement procedures, import regulations, customs clearance, international logistics, and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, commercial contracts, and procurement risk management.
- Proven experience in supplier identification, qualification, evaluation, and strategic supplier relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best commercial terms regarding price, quality, delivery, and payment conditions.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
- Manage supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing through delivery and customs clearance.
- Monitor global market trends and analyze pricing for raw materials and industrial equipment.
- Coordinate closely with technical, finance, logistics, and operations teams.
- Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations.
