Job Description

The objective of the role: The position owner's main responsibility is to hold effective training for the users of the dermatology machinery in related clinics, reporting to the clinical manager position. Roles: ● Plan to have the scheduled training for the related clinics and deliver effective training to all users of the dermatology machinery based on the training structure and procedures. ● Prepare all the training tools and act accordingly. ● Take an exam and evaluate the operators after the training. ● Update the clinic marketing status, such as the kind of different machinery they have. ● Build an effective relationship with the all clinic’s responsible and other employees in the clinic. ● Develop current product knowledge and demonstrate this knowledge to clients, in order to persuade them that a product meets their needs in terms of quality and function. ● Hold the workshop and seminar as well as focused group meetings with clients in order to highlight the uniqueness of products over competitors. ● Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge by participating in training courses and self-study. ● Share the creative approach and suggestions with the team and supervisor in order to reinforce the team. ● Other marketing activities such as preparing the article and producing the context for social media and the company site.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or other related fields; Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. ● 1 to 3 years of related sales and marketing experience in the medical industry is desired. ● English proficiency. ● Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● High flexibility to travel within the country (average 5 to 7 days in a month). ● Ability to travel abroad (for training subjects). ● Result and goal-oriented. ● High personal motivation and a sense of urgency. ● Strong teamwork ability. ● Strong communication skills. ● Negotiation skills. ● Flexible to changes and work under pressure. ● Demonstrate marketing skills including product presentations, delivery the training, and accountability to all technical questions. ● Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with many diverse customers and internal business partners. ● Positive attitude.
