Implementing policies and procedures of human resource systems and processes such as recruitment, socialization, performance evaluation system, training and development program, payroll system, C&B system, talent management and organizational culture, career path, planning systems, and maintaining human resources.
Analyzing the organization's jobs (job descriptions) and organizing all personnel administrative affairs according to the labor law, such as contracts, social security insurance, salary tax, etc.
Designing systems and developing employee training policies, assessing needs, and holding face-to-face and virtual training courses.
Designing and implementing management systems for monitoring and employee performance.
Monitoring and controlling the organization's payment processes (payroll, labor, commission, SFI, aid, loan).
Designing succession plans and personal development of employees.
Designing and implementing incentive programs to increase employee satisfaction.
Controlling the establishment of the approved organizational structure and the processes developed based on it.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Communication Sciences, or Social Sciences.
At least eight years of relevant work experience.
Accurate, persistent, active, and regular.
