Job Description

● Organizing meetings and arranging appointments. ● Typing, and dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries. ● Preparing letters, presentations, and reports. ● Supervising and monitoring the work of clerical and administrative staff. ● Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. ● Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. ● Delegating tasks to junior employees. ● Keeping personnel records.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in various fields. ● At least two years of work experience. ● Fluent MS Office. ● A friendly, responsible, committed, punctual and active person. ● Fluent in English. ● Ideal age range: 22 to 32 years old.
