● Scheduling daily agenda for CEO.
● Providing personal administrative support to CEO through conducting and managing management duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
● Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
● Conducting and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and etc.
● Monitoring phone calls.
● Using a range of office software, including email and databases.
● Managing filling systems.
● Maintaining staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
● Improving management department efficiency by planning and implementing administrative systems.
Requirements
● Sharpness, intelligence, and agility.
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields .
● Knowledge of organizational procedures.
● Strong correspondence skills.
● Strong management skills.
● Noticeable decision-making and time management abilities.
● At least 5 years of previous experience as an executive officer in the management department in well-known companies.
● Fluent in MS Office.
● Good command of English.
● Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
