Job Description

● Organize, plan, and follow up on the internal activities related to the management office. ● Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing all daily activities. ● Monitor the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic. ● Welcome the guests. ● Prepare internal or external meeting minutes. ● Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results. ● Follow up and manage key delegation topics with company key leaders.

Requirements

● Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. ● At least 3 years of experience in the same position. ● Fluency in English (written and verbal). ● Mastery in using MS Office software. ● Multitasking capabilities. ● Positive service delivery and hospitality attitude. ● High level of communication, teamwork, and organization skills. ● Reliable, patient, and good verbal communication skills. ● Ideal age range: 28 to 35 years old.
