• Manage internal office administration
• Assisting the management in daily task and activities ( Meeting & appointments and...)
• Manage all incoming and outgoing email, letters, packages and etc.
• Letter preparation and email correspondences in both Persian and English

• Excellent skills in Microsoft office ( word, Excel) and Internet

• University agree: B.S
