-Works in professional and focused manner to schedule and coordinates meetings and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule in Outlook Calendar.
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing / incoming correspondence (e-mails, letters, etc.) and report to Managing Director.
-Document preparation – reports, briefings, power point presentations etc., in English and Persian
-Translating documents from English to Persian and vice versa
-Handling CEO guests, customers and clients.
-Coordinates office management activities.
-Answer/dispatch phone calls, take messages, receive/send fax and emails, type letters, and archive all written correspondence.
Requirements
-At least 2 years of experience in related field at a senior level.
-Bachelor or Masters degree.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Fluency in English language (writing, listening, speaking and reading). Knowing German language is an advantage.
-Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory.
-Self-motivated, Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi task.
-Effective and strong communication and excellent public relations skills.
