Job Description

The CEO Assistant at Bozorgan Foroosh plays a vital role in supporting the CEO by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and facilitating efficient communication across the organization. Located in Tehran, the CEO Assistant applies exceptional organizational and decision-making skills to enhance the CEO's productivity and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications involving the CEO.
- Arrange and organize meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for the CEO.
- Coordinate document preparation, including reports and presentations, to assist the CEO in various functions.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prioritize tasks and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Sociology.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with a focus on office software.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
