Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, domestic and international travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
Communicate, correspond, and coordinate with international business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, particularly in East Asia and China.
Follow up on meeting action items and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks across different departments.
Coordinate executive activities related to international projects, business negotiations, and overseas business trips.
Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and official correspondence in both English and Persian.
Coordinate and follow up on matters related to overseas companies, suppliers, and international projects.
Manage confidential correspondence and maintain the security of the CEO's sensitive information and documents.
Act as the CEO's liaison with senior management, internal departments, and external business partners.
Provide executive support and handle urgent matters outside regular working hours when required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, CEO Office, or International Affairs).
Full professional proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, translation, and business correspondence.
Familiarity with the business culture of East Asian countries, especially China. Previous experience living or studying abroad is considered an advantage.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks, and follow through to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent business writing, reporting, and documentation skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.
Flexibility to work extended hours and remain available when business needs require.
Familiarity with international trade principles, import procedures, international logistics, and communication with overseas suppliers is considered an advantage.
